The fastest way to reach us
Email support@araluma.com. The same address handles every kind of request — there is no separate help desk, ticket portal, or contact form. A real person reads every message, usually within five business days.
What to send where
Support — a tool isn’t working
Tell us which tool you opened, what file you tried (format and approximate size), what
you expected, and what happened instead. Browser name and version helps a lot (open
chrome://version or the equivalent in your browser).
Please don’t attach the image itself unless we ask — RoundCut runs in your browser, so we usually can’t reproduce a problem from your file. A screenshot of the error or the unexpected output is more useful than the source image.
Privacy and data requests
Right of access, deletion, correction, or any other request under GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD, or CCPA: email the same address and put “Privacy request” in the subject line. Because RoundCut doesn’t collect personal data tied to you, most requests are answered with written confirmation that we hold no record of you. We respond within the statutory deadline (30 days under GDPR / LGPD).
Press and partnerships
Interview requests, partnership proposals, integrations, or commercial inquiries: same email, “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject line. We’re a small operation and prioritize partnerships that benefit users — please include a brief description of what you have in mind rather than a generic outreach template.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? Email support@araluma.com with “Security” in the subject line, and please don’t disclose publicly until we’ve had a chance to respond. We don’t run a paid bug bounty, but we credit researchers who follow responsible disclosure on a public thank-you page when the fix ships.
Who you’re emailing
RoundCut is a personal project run by an independent developer based in Brazil. The inbox isn’t monitored 24/7, and there’s no on-call rotation. If your message is urgent, say so in the subject line and we’ll prioritize it.
For questions specifically about how we handle your data, the privacy policy answers most of them in detail. For terms and acceptable use, see terms of service.
Languages
English and Portuguese are both fine. Other languages — we’ll do our best with machine translation, but expect a slower reply.
